Its a simple word, but very tough to hear and sometimes tougher to say...(especially if you are older than 4 years old).
Why?
Ask it a lot this week and listen (LISTEN!) to what you hear. You may not like the answers and feedback you get if you have good employees that will truely tell you the answers.
Question your systems. Question your procedures. Question your priorities.
Why...?
Because your job and company's future depend on major improvement now.
