I've currently have subscriptions to the following podcasts:
Adam Curry's Daily Source Code
Evil Genius Chronicles
800 CEO-READ
Engaget
Scripting News
I've pretty much listened to Adam's podcast everyday for over a week now and its amazing how I'm hooked. Usually 30 minutes of what he's up to, new tech talk and banter about his move to the UK. You really get up to speed on the latest technology through his thoughts and work on iPodder. You definitely get the feeling that you are on the front lines of something very big. Adam discussed a few days ago how the content navigation for available podcasts needs to improve and I couldn't agree more. There are tons currently available, but its not very easy to see a good "catalog".
***UPDATE*** Good article on Adam and podcasting @ MSNBC.com
Dave Slusher's "Evil Genius" is a good listen as well for blogging/podcasting info. He spends more time usually on RIAA approved music and his musings. Pretty cutting edge stuff.
My favorite though is Engaget's podcast. General thoughts on what company's they think are idiots, how to buck the system, go against the grain of traditional advertising and a ton of new technology. They have an amazing daily blog and their show is typically once a week for an hour or so.
What do you subscribe to? Have any suggestions?

I'm just dipping into the podcast stuff, but I sub to Curry and the NASA 'cast:

I get my feeds through iPodder.
Here's the 800 CEO blog: http://www.800ceoread.com/BLOG/
Engaget is www.engaget.com
If you use iPodder, the rss feeds are set up through the directory.
Let me know if that works for you.
