The Tipping Point for Cellphones?

There have been a bunch of "iPod Cellphone" rumors out there for a while.  Apparantly its true with an Apple/Motorola agreement.

iTunes + Cellphone = success?  Time will tell, but as an avid iPod/iTunes user, I definately see the potential.  This is a platform for additional advances in podcasting, SMS, WiFi connectivity via cellphones, etc.
