Customer Service: How Can it Improve? The Lineup!

All of the Customer Service:  How Can it Improve? posts are fomatted and loaded for your reading pleasure!  Wow, you have some great thoughts coming your way this week!

Each day between 4:30 and 5am Central Standard Time, the new writing will be available.

I have worked to make sure the original formatting and links are set up correctly by the author; but if there are any mistakes, they are mine.

Here's the line up for the week:
Monday:         Jon Strande at Business Evolutionist
Tuesday:        Brendon Connelly at Slacker Manager
Wednesday:   Rosa Say at Talking Story
Thursday:       Terry at Fellowship Church
Friday:           Rosemary and Dave Rothacker at Wiz Speak (2 posts to close out the week!)

I hope you enjoy these as much as I have putting this together.  Please leave your comments each and every day!

Enjoy.

UPDATE - 1/16/05 @ 10p
This is a perfect example highlighting how Rosa is a superior writer to anything I could do!

Todd, this is very exiting. I am looking forward to reading the other articles and just honored to be a part of it!

Thanks for including me in this group.

Todd,

Yeah, I'm with Terry - thank you so much for putting this together. I'm looking foward to some great discussions.

Jon

Sweet, can't wait to see what's in store this week!

Great work pulling this together, Todd...

Terry, Jon and Bren (as well as Rosa, Rosemary and Dave!),

I'm honored and very excited about your participation!

Thank you again for your work!

Todd

What is this?
Have I subscribed to some sort of psi-ware RSS feed?

For the past two days, I've been bombarded with ideas about the general state of customer service and how something needs to be done.

I was just about to post my take on what underlies the current sorry state of that absolutely vital part of commerce, when I linked into this site through Talking Story. Now I see where all the ideas were coming from. I can't wait to see the rest of the series!

My upcoming post on Ripples will attempt to give a non-pejorative answer to why the nicest and most cheerful service representatives project the brand mantra of Fumble, Stumble, and Fail.

I don't think you will like my conclusions.

David,

Thank you for checking out the feature today! 4 more days and 4 more authors.

I'm sure others that have read your post today have plenty of comments as well!

Todd

I sent a trackback to this post about short post I had on customer service, inspired by this weeks series: http://randomthoughts.vandorp.ca/archives/2005/01/22/managing-the-pain/

Cheers,
Darryl
