Todd,
You know I admire and respect your work here at Business Thoughts. I have been reading for just a short time. I only have one comment. Please give some of those husband and kid references. I notice you work up to 12 hours per day. And training for the IronMan obviously takes quite a bit of time... When do you find time for the husband and kid stuff?
I know that all that hard work is for your family. I just don't understand the drive. Maybe that is one reason I will never be massively successful in business. But if I am successful at home, that is really all that matters to me.
I am not condemning what you do, but it might benefit others if they knew how you fit family into such a successful professional life.
Thanks for all your hard work and for sharing with others!

Winnetta,
Thanks for the comment. The drive I have is what I was born with. Nothing is more important to me than my family and I find ways to balance it all.
I coached Taylor's soccer team, cheif and assistant cheif of Taylor and Ryan's Indian Princess/Guide's tribes, taught Ryan's Sunday school class, speak at Taylor's career days at school.
The time committment for training is a big one, but I get 80% done before 630a during the week.
Good point on sharing more on the family. I do post some on my personal blog, so be sure to check that out. Just click on the feedburner banner on the right side of the blog.
I'm Type A. Its who I am. I'll have time to sleep when I'm 6 feet under.
I appreciate the comments and glad you read Business Thoughts!
