I have recently added some Amazon advertisements to my blog. You will find these on the bottom right side of the page.
I never got into blogging to "make" money, but if I can make a few dollars by recommending products I love and think you will too, why not!?
Thanks for your support!

Hello Todd!
It's a good idea. I can't see it as advertisement. I see it as information; information about you and what you like. These Amazon lists aren't as invasive as other type of ads (text or graphics ones). They, generally, point you out interesting stuff that you'll probably like. Why will you probably like them? Because you read the blog. If you read it it's because you like what the blogger is blogging about. Then you'll probably also like what he read and buy. It's marketing by Amazon, but it's interesting for users; readers.
Salutations,
Fred

Kinda nice that you have a different look than just another book list (and you know that's coming from a true book junkie) - I like it. And I agree with Fred that these seem to be an insight into more of your personality than the random blogads stuff.
Mahalo plenty for including that one book you did :-)
There's another customer service story there too ... Amazon has now lost two of my books sent to them for the cover scan and Search Inside This Book feature: I've just sent them a 3rd one because they can't be bothered pulling one of the ones they have in sales inventory for me. Another size issue somewhat different than Verizon's ... I'm too small for them to bother with I suppose.
We surely do need more aloha in this world.
Like we get here on Business Thoughts!

Thanks Rosa!
I was wondering why they didn't have the photo of your book! Maybe they like it so much, they just want you to send free ones!
If it doesn't get handled, I would email Jeff Bezos and explain your frustration.
