What if tomorrow never comes?
I have been very fortunate to spend some great time with my family and friends lately. From vacations, to great conversations to one on one time with the people I love the most.
We aren't promised tomorrow and I don't want this to sound cliche, but what if you don't get tomorrow?
I have to do a better job to live each day as if it was my last. The thank yous. The appreciation of the small and "minor". Blowing off the things that really don't matter that end up taking up time in my brain.
So, so many things to appreciate, love and cherish.

so true on all of this - I was at a radio convention this past week, that happened to be in Minneapolis where my parents are now living.
What a gift to be able to have dinner and spend some time with them.
As for the convention, it is always a gift to see old friends, spend good time with them, and make new and important connections. I got to spend several great nights with a good longtime friend at the convention, just enjoying drinks, and conversation about nothing important really, it was just good to hang out!
A wise friend of mine that is in a band made note recently in an interview that it is important to remember and appreciate your friends, because that is what you have left at the end of the whole ride...
