Think of a project you recently worked on that was for your community, a friend, or maybe work.

What if you had no volunteers to help?

I was blown away at the volunteer effort at a triathlon I raced on Sunday.  Such a great turnout and the race never could of been completed without the efforts of so many looking out for the safety and needs of the triathletes.

Have you had an opportunity to thank a volunteer lately?
