I need your help! I am going to be riding in the MS150, a 150 mile bike ride from Dallas to Oklahoma on May 14th and 15th. The ride is to raise money to fight Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a progressively disabling and devastating disease that strikes so many during the prime of their lives. I am riding to make a positive difference in the lives of those suffering with MS, especially for Virginia Schmidt and her family, a friend from our church recently facing life with this disease.
So many of us know exactly of the disabling disease from the challenges that have faced Virginia and her family. Others of you may have friends or loved ones that have faced MS as well.
Significant progress has been made in research, and researchers are optimistic that with continued financial support, a cure is possible in the near future. your contribution brings ope to those who suffer with this devastating disease.
With this in mind, I ask you to sponsor me in this 150 mile bike ride. I certainly respect that you have many requests for charity and understand should you choose not to participate. If you choose to donate, I would greatly appreciate any donation you can make - it all adds up!
