Triathlon Podcast Interview with Zenmaster
Zen and the Art of Triathlon podcast creator, Brett Blankner, interviews me in his latest podcast. We used Gizmo Project to record the interview.
I highly recommend subscribing to his podcast if you are a triathlete or if you are interested in triathlon. Brett does a really good job of describing his training and lifestyle as a triathlete, while keeping a balance as husband and father.
